We want you to be confident in your Savish Hosting plan. This policy explains when refunds are available for our annual hosting plans.
If you're not satisfied with your Savish Hosting plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plan. To request a refund within this window, contact us using the details below.
Because our plans are billed annually and provision dedicated infrastructure resources for your account, we're unable to offer prorated or partial refunds once the 14-day window has passed. If you need to reduce costs, you're welcome to let your current term run out and choose not to renew — see below.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each annual term unless cancelled beforehand. We'll send a renewal reminder in advance of your billing date. If you cancel before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next term, and you'll retain access through the end of your current paid term. Renewal charges are covered by the same 14-day guarantee described above.
If your purchase included the 15% business debit/credit card discount, any refund issued under this policy will be for the discounted amount actually paid, not the standard list price.
Email hello@savish.app with your account email and order reference (found on your checkout confirmation or success page). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank — we're able to resolve most billing issues faster this way. Accounts associated with a chargeback may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
