Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Savish Hosting's website and hosting services (the "Service"). By purchasing a plan or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Savish Hosting provides application and marketing-site hosting infrastructure, including compute resources, storage, content delivery, backups, and related support, according to the plan you purchase.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Billing & payment

• All Savish Hosting plans are billed annually. We do not offer monthly billing.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
• Plans renew at the then-current annual rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder in advance of your billing date.
• Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

Business card discount

Customers who pay using a business debit or credit card receive a 15% discount off the listed annual price, applied via promotional code at checkout. This discount is offered at Savish Hosting's discretion, applies to the initial purchase and, unless otherwise stated, subsequent renewals, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Savish Hosting reserves the right to request reasonable verification that a card used for this discount is issued for business purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
• Send spam or engage in phishing, fraud, or abuse of any kind
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Service availability

We target a 99.98% uptime standard across our infrastructure and monitor it continuously. While we work to maintain consistent, high-speed performance, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

Intellectual property

Savish Hosting retains all rights to its own branding, software, and infrastructure. You retain all rights to the content, code, and applications you host with us. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or deploy.

Termination

You may cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing term. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that poses a security or legal risk to the Service or other customers. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savish Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable plan in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Savish Hosting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Savish Hosting operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Specify your governing state/jurisdiction here.]

Changes to these terms
